There are no drivers on IBM site.
Most of Win9x standard drivers are available.
Mwave driver is here.
Touch panel driver is here.
(for "TCS-R1 / TCP-R1 / TCS-AP1 / TCP-AP1")

Exactly, this is not "ThinkPad".
According to very few documents on IBM site, this is the device for enterprise use and had some variations(A01/02/05/11/12/15/22/25).
It's very mysterious in its hardware specification and drivers. It also has the mystery where it came from to "junk shop in Akiba" .

It has an external keyboard.
this is made by Topre, who is known as its products of good touch.

According to some documents, 9103-A22's display device is DSTN.
But as long as I see, it's very clear to see and the visible angle is wide. And more, the redrawing speed is fast. So I believe it's TFT panel.
When you install the touch panel driver, you must choose the IRQ11 manually.
Because this 9103-A22 is used PC, touch point is never correct as I expected and I must often calibrate the touch point.

Left, right side of 9103-A22 and left side of LCD panel.
There is a "X-jack" analog modem jack in the middle of left side.
Usually, The connector in the right side is covered with triangle plastic cover.
A0x/A1x series have a port replicator and have no connectors like this.
The holes in top of left side of LCD panel are microphone slit.
Mwave can play wave/MIDI files with speaker in the bottom of this side.
The switch under the microphone is a "suspend & resume switch". But the switch on my 9103 doesn't work normally.

So I use the "Hibernation fuction" When I make this PC stand by.
As wrote above,9103's device is quite similar to the last model of ThinkPad530CS(2605-DFK/DJK).
In fact, most of device drivers and system configration program for ThinkPad530CS are available on 9103 except touch panel driver.

Back panel of 9103-A22.
There is a plastic cover in the middle of back panel. But it's nothing to connect extension devices, but only a internal flexible connector.
I think it may be connected port replicator in 9103-A0x/A1x series.

9103-A22 has a misterious IrDA I/F.
Windows9x installer find this device, but it doesn't work actually.
on top of the panel, there is a mark that shows "here is IrDA port", but IR doesn't rediate from here.
I think mainboard has a IrDA controller, but doesn't have a IR light.

9103-A22 was made for enterprise use. For example, past Chiyoda-insurance(now it is turned to "AIG star insurance") ordered 12,000 of this TabletPC for sales workers as a mobile tool to have a presantation to customers.
It's called "Mighty-kun", but it doesn't run with 2 batteries packs more than 30minutes. So I can hardly say "It's mighty"....
I feel it's valuable for car navigation system. It runs with a AC adaptor that is supplied power from AC-DC inverter connected to a cigar lighter socket.
