Photgraph taken at: Kotohira City, Kagawa Pref., Sanuki area(Kagawa Pref.) is famous as a producing district of "Sanuki-Udon(Japanese Pasta)". People in other area of Japan have Udon with soy sauce based soup, but In Sanuki, it's the basic style to pour soy sauce directly over Udon noodle.
