Photograph at: Nagahama City, Shiga Pref., Japan In the park in front of "Nagahama 'Hiki-Yama' museum". In nagahama city, "Hiki-yama festival" is held in September. In this festival, the huge pageants called "Hiki-Yama" that are kept by towns in Nagahama city goes around the city, and on the pagents, many children play "Kodomo-Kabuki". It's a very cheerful festival indeed. (see here)
