Mr. Chousei Hirano, The 3rd master of Chouzou Goya is well known as one of the best naturalists in Japan. Unfortunately, he died in snowstorm in Oze moor after he called off the construction plan of "Trans-Oze road" which must break the nature in Oze moor. But his wife Noriko Hirano inherted his properties of loving nature and has done her best to reserve the nature of Oze moor.
