"Baiju-an(plum tree hut)" is a little cafeteria where organic handmade cakes and some meals that is made of vegetables which Baiju-an's master made in his garden farm.

This area is famous as a production of plum tree and "ume-boshi", the japanese traditional pickled plum.

This cafeteria also has a little gallery, and various artists and naturalists who live in Wakayama Pref. hold "relayed private exhibition".

Although Ryujin village is in southern area of Kii, it is very cold in winter and snows much in those days. The master opens this cafeteria in spring when plum tree in his garden blooms, and closes in autumn when blossom of sweet osmanthus falls down.
