A little bit more information is here.
Junk Point Track ball error
story I knew from "All about ThinkPad" about this biggest IBM notebook computer in the world ,and also knew that cost incredibly 1,080,000yen when released. But....I hardly imagined this elephant came to me.
I was pop-eyed when a female fellow worker bring this PC from her boy-friend's office to me. I felt relieved to keep her away from breaking her arms.
I was very pleased to get this PC which is(was) worth to my salary of half an year, and play with it installing Windows95,connecting other PC through serial cable and so on.later, I got 2 8MB-DRAM cards for 3,000yen, installing this memory and turn on power....."k/b error"
I tried to overhaul it, but I can't specified where went wrong. Of course, there were no assembly parts.
I tried to go to Junk shop and find same "junk N27sx",but....the price is "8,000yen"....
TFT panel is very thicker than mainboard&k/b section. I think the name of "Lap-Crusher" is very suitable for this PC.
