story As wrote before, I've had a great dream for the future of SCSI...and it turned to be a illusion when I got this SCSI I/F card. Why did I buy this?....This is the reason.
I have one problem for upgrading the OS of my Athlon platform PC with I-will KK266 to Windows2000. That is how to operate "EPSON GT-6500GT2", a flatbed scanner with pararell port. It isn't recognized by connecting onboard pararell port(either EPP/ECP) and need specific ISA pararell I/F board by EPSON. Moreever, EPSON doesn't release GT-6500WIN2's device driver for WindowsNT/2000....
Many people must think "I'm gonna change scanner for new one with USB"....but I didn't think so.
"I'm gonna build a specificPC for this scanner with junk parts."
"I'm gonna get junk GT-6500WINS(GT-6500 for SCSI) and change WIN2's pararell board for its SCSI board"

....."Junk Junky" will be cured only by death.

So I went to "Hard Off", a junk shop near my home.
and by my miracle.....I found GT-6500WINS!!(...and this SCSI card)
But when I saw the price tag (3,000yen), I said "It's expensive..."
So I didn't buy this junk scanner and bought this SCSI card....I really can hardly understand what I thought then...
I installed this card to scanner specific PC and connect GT-6500WIN2 via pararell card. Then...this card has been functioned but has not worked from then.
