I looked at this suspicious device on Mr.kawazoe's "Mobile-PC price investigation office", just when I read how to use PowerMac6100/60 with AVcard on "The Strongest 6100 owner's club".According to the subsciption, I can capture movie with PM6100/60 via S-video IN terminal or can see the TV-out image of Mac via S-video OUT terminal. But I didn't have any S-video cables(I thought).
And there came this information. and more, it was only 500yen...

....I was not sure what perpose it was usefull for....but I rushed into Akihabara and tried to buy it.
but the shop staff asked me.
"this S connector is S-in Type. Are you OK?"
As soo as I was asked, I answered.
"It's OK"
I never knew the S-in connection was different from the one of S-out. Also, the subscription on the label said "from S-video to RCA"...I thought it was no problem.....
Unless I connected PM6100/60 S-OUT to the PC video capture card composite video-in connector with this connecoter and composite cable, There were no signals on CRT...and I remembered.

Yes, there are....the genuine one....
